Pure training, not a course — progressive depth targets, equalization and relaxation work, all built around your current level and next goal on the line.
One up, one down — the fundamental rule of depth freediving, always respected. A safety diver escorts every ascent, with a mandatory lanyard provided on site.

Depth is earned, not forced

Structured line work. Real coaching. Smart progression.

This is not a course — it's pure training. A 30-minute briefing sets your depth target, buddy and rest protocol; then 1h30 of focused dives on the line with coaching feedback and safety supervision. Conservative, consistent progression — quality dives with proper surface rest, not volume.

What is Line Dive Training?

For certified freedivers — push your performance, safely.

The Freediving Line Dive Training session is a structured open-water depth session for certified freedivers who want to improve their personal performance on the line — whether the goal is greater depth, better consistency, or cleaner technique.

This is not a course. This is pure training. A 30-minute briefing followed by 1h30 of focused in-water work — with coaching feedback, safety supervision, and a clear session structure designed to help you progress safely and efficiently. Depth is not forced; it's earned through consistency, relaxation and smart training.

How a session works

Briefing in,
logged depth out.

Two hours, a clear structure: a 30-minute briefing, 1h30 of structured dives on the line, and a debrief — every descent supervised, every ascent escorted.

1Step 01 · Briefing

Briefing & depth target

Every session starts here — no exceptions. Equipment check, depth target-setting (within your certification limit, capped at 40m), buddy confirmation, surface rest protocol and a conditions assessment. Thirty focused minutes before anyone touches the water.

2Step 02 · Safety setup

Safety & buddy protocol

We confirm the buddy system, OK signals and surface-response plan, and fit your mandatory lanyard. One up, one down — the fundamental rule of depth freediving — is set in stone before the first descent.

3Step 03 · In the water

Structured depth dives on the line

1h30 of structured dives with coaching feedback. Progressive, conservative target-setting; a safety diver escorts every ascent. Quality dives with proper surface rest between them — consistency over volume.

4Step 04 · Debrief

Debrief & next target

We review what improved, what to focus on, and how to build on the session — so you leave with logged depth dives, a clear read on your current level, and a defined next target to train toward.

What you'll
train.

Every session covers the same fundamentals — but the emphasis shifts to where you need it most. Conservative, consistent progression on the line, never forced.

01

Depth performance

Progressive target-setting with conservative, consistent progression — always within your certification's depth limit and a 40m ceiling. More depth earned through smart training, never forced.

02

Equalization at depth

Frenzel refinement, mouthfill work and proactive ear-clearing — the technique that decides how deep you can comfortably go.

03

Relaxation & buoyancy

Weight check, breathe-up protocol and managing the negative-buoyancy zone — calm, efficient descents and clean turns.

04

Safety procedures

One up, one down; buddy escort protocol; OK signals and surface response — the habits that make deep training sustainable.

05

Consistency

Quality dives with proper surface rest, not volume — repeatable, well-recovered descents that build a reliable personal best.
