Never freedived before? This is exactly where you start. Learn to relax, breathe and glide beneath the surface on a single breath — in our calm pool or out in the open sea, with a coach right beside you the whole time. Two ways to begin.
For most of our beginners, this is the first time they've ever held a single calm breath underwater — and within minutes, the nerves give way to a quiet they didn't expect. We start slowly, keep groups small and never leave your side.
You don't need to be a strong swimmer, you don't need to own any gear, and you don't need a single minute of freediving experience. You just need to be curious — we'll handle the rest.

Brand new and want the gentlest possible start? Begin in the calm of our pool. Ready to feel the open blue from day one? Take it to the ocean. Both are built for complete beginners — no experience, no certification, just you and a coach.

Float and hold a single breath in calm, shallow water until it starts to feel easy and completely natural.
Master static apnea in our pool — or, on the ocean session, slip gently down the line to a relaxed depth, equalizing with your coach beside you.
Hooked? Continue into a full freediver certification or personal coaching, and keep growing your depth and your calm.
The questions we're asked most, answered honestly. Still wondering about something? Message us on WhatsApp — we love talking freediving.
The Pool session is the gentlest start — classroom theory plus static apnea practice in our calm swimming pool. The Ocean session adds one open-water boat dive where you learn free immersion and descend to a relaxed maximum of 10m. Both run about 2 hours, need no experience or certification, and welcome ages 12 and up.
No. Both Discover Freediving sessions are designed for complete beginners — no prior experience and no freediving certification are required. A coach guides you from your very first breath.
You just need to be comfortable in the water — you don't need to be athletic or a competitive swimmer. We start gently, on the surface, and build your confidence breath by breath.
Most beginners surprise themselves. With a little guided breathing and relaxation, comfortable breath-holds of one to two minutes or more are very common — it's far more about calm than lung size.
Both the Pool and Ocean Discover Freediving sessions are open to anyone aged 12 and over.
Yes, with proper training. The golden rule is we never freedive alone — always with a trained buddy. We follow strict safety protocols, teach rescue skills and progress entirely at your pace.
Yes — we provide everything you need: mask, snorkel, fins and wetsuit, fitted for your comfort. Just bring a swimsuit and a towel.
Two great paths. Continue into a full freediver certification to dive independently with a buddy, or book personal coaching and training to build your depth, technique and breath-hold at your own pace.
