What is Discover Freediving Pool?

Still. Calm. Your first breath-hold in the pool.

Curious about freediving but prefer to start in a calm, controlled environment? The Discover Freediving Pool session is a fun and relaxed introduction to breath-hold diving — no ocean, no depth, just you and the water.

This two-hour session includes a focused classroom, dry-land theory practice, and a supervised pool session where you'll experience Static Apnea for the first time — floating face-down, completely still, one breath at a time. No distance to cover — just stillness, with a certified freediving instructor guiding you the whole way.

Today's journey

Your first breath-hold,
in two steps.

It's gentler than you imagine. A short classroom and a little dry-land practice, then into the calm of the pool for your first static apnea — supervised, and entirely at your own pace.

1Step 01 · On land

Classroom & dry-land theory

First, a focused 30-minute classroom: breathing mechanics, the golden rules of freediving and safety procedures. Then you'll practise on dry land — relaxation, the final breath sequence and recovery breathing — before you ever get in the water.

2Step 02 · In the pool

Static apnea in the pool

Into the water for around 90 minutes. Under your instructor's guidance you'll float face-down and hold a single, still breath — experiencing static apnea for the first time, calm and supervised, one breath at a time.
