Curious about freediving but prefer to start in a calm, controlled environment? The Discover Freediving Pool session is a fun and relaxed introduction to breath-hold diving — no ocean, no depth, just you and the water.

This 2-hour session includes a focused classroom, dry-land theory practice, and a supervised pool session where you’ll experience Static Apnea for the first time — floating face-down, completely still, one breath at a time. No fins, no distance to cover. Just stillness.

Phase 1 — Classroom (30 min)
Learn the essentials: breathing mechanics, the golden rules of freediving, safety procedures, and what to expect in the water.

Phase 2 — Theory Practice
Put knowledge into action on dry land — relaxation techniques, the final breath sequence, and recovery breathing before you enter the pool.

Phase 3 — Pool Session (1h30)
Into the water. Under the guidance of your instructor, experience Static Apnea for the first time — calm, supervised, and at your own pace.

HOW MANY STUDENT ?

We provide all necessary freediving gear including mask, snorkel, fins, wetsuit, and weights. The package includes one confined water session and one open water freedive at a shallow reef. A certified instructor will guide the entire experience. Photos of your freediving session are also included.

Meals, transportation, and personal accessories such as nose clips or dive watches are not included. Additional open water sessions are available as an upgrade but are not part of this experience.

Participants must be at least 10 years old and have basic swimming ability. No previous diving experience is required. This is a non-certifying experience and is not a substitute for the full PADI Freediver course.

This activity can start at 8:30am, 10:30am, or 12:30pm. The full experience lasts approximately 3 to 4 hours including briefing, training, and water sessions.
