The PADI Freediver course is your first full step into the world of breath-hold diving. Over 2–3 days, you'll learn the physiology of the breath through your eLearning, then master breathing and relaxation, static and dynamic apnea in calm, confined water — the foundations every freediver is built on.
Then comes the part you'll never forget: the open-water sessions. Duck dive, equalize and descend the line with free immersion and constant weight — calmly, one relaxed dive at a time, to a maximum of 16 metres. Along the way you'll learn the buddy-system safety procedures and partner rescue techniques that make freediving such a controlled, trusting sport. You'll surface as a certified PADI Freediver — a lifetime card, recognised worldwide, and your ticket to the Advanced course.
