Coral Garden

Coral Garden is a wide, shallow coral plateau off White Beach, sitting between 5 m and 12 m. There is no wall and no depth to manage — just a broad, bright expanse of hard coral in calm, well-lit water, ten minutes from the dive centre.

That shallow, sunlit profile is exactly what makes it work for photography and for first dives: colour holds at these depths in a way it simply does not at 30 m, and the plateau is easy to move across slowly. Clownfish work the anemones, sea stars sit on the coral, and our logs also record lionfish and nudibranchs here.

Coral Garden is one of our gentlest sites and suits Discover Scuba Diving, Discover Freediving, Open Water training and snorkelling — the top of the plateau is shallow enough to enjoy from the surface.
