About the dive
Today we had an amazing freediving session in Friday’s Reef.
We started our warm up on the beautiful white beach doing some stretching and breathing relaxation.
Once on the boat, the dive site is located just 5 minutes by boat and it’s one of the best in underwater life variety on the island of Boracay !
Over the few freedive we were able to achieve an 8.5 meters in depth and be able to stay down for an average of 45 seconds !
