Sit down with our instructor to review the basics — dive planning, safety procedures and key scuba theory. Move fast through what you remember, slow down on what's gone fuzzy.
Get hands-on again: set up your dive gear, practise ascents and descents, and run through any skills you may have forgotten until they feel natural once more.
Jump on the boat and explore one of our dive sites, putting everything you've just reviewed back into action — relaxed, confident and ready for the rest of your trip.
